Human Membrane Spanning 4 Domains Subfamily A, Member 1 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative determination of human CD20 (Membrane Spanning 4 Domains Subfamily A, Member 1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a sandwich enzyme immunoassay format on a pre-coated microplate, with a colourmetric readout measured at 450 nm. Reactivity is limited to human samples.

According to the manufacturer, sensitivity is <0.45 ng/ml and the assay range is 1.25–80 ng/ml. The complete procedure takes 4h 30m. Reported recovery averages 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%), evaluated across dilution series from 1:2 to 1:16 with n=5 per sample type. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
