Human Melanoma Derived Leucine Zipper Extra Nuclear Factor ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative determination of Melanoma Derived Leucine Zipper Extra Nuclear Factor in human samples. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a colorimetric detection system, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a microplate reader. Following incubation with standards or samples, a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate are added, and TMB substrate produces a yellow product whose absorbance is proportional to the analyte concentration in each well.
