Human Matrix Metalloproteinase 19 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Matrix Metalloproteinase 19 (MMP19) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, with a biotinylated anti-MMP19 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is <0.109 ng/ml and the standard curve range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min.

Recovery data supplied for serum averaged 91% (range 83–100%, n=5), EDTA plasma 96% (90–103%, n=5) and heparin plasma 95% (89–102%, n=5). Dilution linearity is reported across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for each of these matrices. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or –20 °C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
