Human Matrix Metalloproteinase 15 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Matrix Metalloproteinase 15 (MT2-MMP) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a total assay time of 4h 30m, and absorbance is read on a microplate reader at 450 nm using TMB substrate with an acidic stop solution.

Sensitivity is reported as <25 pg/ml, with a working assay range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml. Mean recovery rates are 91% in serum (range 83–100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90–103%) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89–102%), each measured across n=5 samples. Parallel dilution testing at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 demonstrates linearity across the same three sample matrices.

The kit is supplied with a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 μl), Detection Solution B (120 μl), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and adhesive plate sealers.
