Human Maternal Embryonic Leucine Zipper Kinase ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human Maternal Embryonic Leucine Zipper Kinase (MELK) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an anti-MELK capture antibody, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-avidin reporting, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit delivers an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.105 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery performance averaged 91% in serum (80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (80–89%) across five replicates per matrix, with linearity supported across serial dilutions.

Supplied components include a pre-coated 12 x 8 well strip microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, concentrated wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers.
