Human MANSC Domain Containing Protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MANSC Domain Containing Protein 1 (MANSC1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-MANSC1 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with the enzymatic reaction visualised using TMB substrate to produce a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The stated assay range is 0.781–50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.27 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery performance was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with average recoveries of 91%, 91% and 84% respectively across the dilution series (1:2 to 1:16).
