Human Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I G ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human HLA G in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The kit targets Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I G and is reactive with human samples.

The assay has a sensitivity of <0.153 ng/ml and a quantitative range of 0.375–24 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4h 30m. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader after addition of TMB substrate and acidic stop solution. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the plate is supplied as a pre-coated 96-well microtiter format with 12 x 8 well strips.

Validation studies report recovery rates of 80–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma, with consistent linearity demonstrated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in each sample type.
