Human M-CSF ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human M-CSF in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other biological fluids. The 2-hour QuickRun format uses a pre-coated microplate and optimised ready-to-use reagents to reduce assay time, with a colorimetric read-out at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

The assay is specific for M-CSF with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Standards and samples bind to the immobilised capture antibody, after which an assay-specific biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin reagents form an antibody–antigen–antibody sandwich complex. Recovery has been demonstrated in serum between 89% and 104%, in EDTA plasma between 90% and 104%, and in heparin plasma between 85% and 104%.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.19 pg/ml with an assay range of 31.25–2000 pg/ml. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with component storage conditions detailed in the protocol manual.
