Human Lysyl Oxidase Like Protein 4 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Lysyl Oxidase Like Protein 4 (LOXL4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format and produces a colorimetric readout read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader. A biotinylated anti-LOXL4 detection antibody is used together with an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate yields a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to LOXL4 concentration, calculated against a standard curve.

Reported performance specifications include a measuring range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.053 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
