Human Lysyl Oxidase Like Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Lysyl Oxidase Like Protein 1 (LOXL1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Quoted performance specifications include a sensitivity of <0.053 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Reported recovery in serum (n=5) ranges from 80%–102% with an average of 91%, in EDTA plasma from 81%–100% with an average of 90%, and in heparin plasma from 80%–89% with an average of 84%. Dilutional linearity has been validated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

The kit is supplied with a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers.
