An antibody specific for LPA-3 is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate; bound analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-LPA-3 antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.
