Human Lymphotoxin Beta Receptor ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LTBR (Lymphotoxin Beta Receptor) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique: an antibody specific for LTBR is pre-coated onto a microplate, standards and test samples are added, and captured LTBR is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-LTBR Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow after addition of the acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Performance characteristics cited by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of <0.104 ng/ml, an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m.
