Human Lymphotoxin Beta ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Lymphotoxin Beta (LTB) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-LTB detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers a range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of <5.7 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Kit components include a pre-coated 96 well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.

Reported recovery in spiked samples averaged 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Dilution linearity assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 spanned 74–107% for serum, 79–108% for EDTA plasma and 82–105% for heparin plasma across n=5 replicates per matrix.
