Human Lymphocyte Function Associated Antigen 1 Alpha ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a biotinylated anti-CD11a detection antibody with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The quoted assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Kit components include lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, plate sealers, and the pre-coated 96-well microplate, with storage specified at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.

According to the manufacturer's data, recovery in neat samples averages 91% for serum (n=5, range 83–100%), 96% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 90–103%), and 95% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 89–102%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 is also reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
