From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Lymphocyte Cytosolic Protein 1 (Plastin L) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and follows a standard sandwich immunoassay workflow with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.054 ng/ml with a working range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the product is for research use only. The kit is suitable for cell lysates and tissue homogenates.
