Human Lumican ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Lumican in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-Lumican detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and quantified by absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

The assay covers a product range of 0.781–50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.28 ng/ml. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma across five replicates each. The kit is specific for human Lumican reactivity and is intended for sandwich ELISA applications.

Components supplied include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilised Lumican standard, Detection Solutions A and B, a concentrated wash buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and adhesive plate sealers. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or –20 °C as indicated, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
