Human Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor Related Protein 6 ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colourmetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The manufacturer specifies an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.059 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. The kit has been evaluated using serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
