Human Loricrin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Loricrin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Sensitivity is 0.059 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes. An antibody specific for Loricrin is pre-coated on the plate; standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Loricrin Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with visualisation via TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution. The kit is for research use only and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
