Human LMNB1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Lamin B1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate platform with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, producing a colorimetric signal with TMB substrate that is read at 450 nm.

Cross-reactivity is reported as specific for Lamin B1 with no observed cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Validated sample dilutions include Hela cell lysate (1:2) and Jurkat cell lysate (1:2). The target protein is also referenced under the synonyms Lamin-B1, LMN2, LMNB and LMNB1.
