Human LMAN2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Human LMAN2 ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LMAN2 in cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma. The kit can assay both native and recombinant human LMAN2 and has shown no significant cross-reactivity.

The assay uses the quantitative sandwich ELISA technique. A monoclonal antibody specific for human LMAN2 is pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells; after washing away any unbound substances, an HRP-linked detection antibody specific for LMAN2 is added. Following a further wash, substrate solution is added and colour develops in proportion to the amount of LMAN2 bound in the initial step. The colour development is stopped and the intensity of the colour is measured. Detection is colorimetric on a microplate platform, with an average recovery of 84% reported for serum samples.

The assay covers a range of 62.50 - 4000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 7.26 pg/ml. The kit is shipped and stored at +4°C and should not be used past its expiration date.
