Human Lipopolysaccharide Binding Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Lipopolysaccharide Binding Protein (LBP). The assay is reactive with human samples and is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-LBP detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is developed using a TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The stated product range is 3.12–200 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 1.44 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the stated expiration date.
