Human Lipophilin B, Prostatein Like ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Lipophilin B (also known as SCGB1D2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate together with a biotinylated anti-SCGB1D2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative assay has a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.125 ng/ml and runs in approximately 4h 30m. Recovery has been characterised in serum (80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81%–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80%–89%, average 84%), and linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in all three sample matrices. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
