Human Lipolysis Stimulated Lipoprotein Receptor ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LSR (Lipolysis Stimulated Lipoprotein Receptor) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a Biotinylated Anti-LSR Antibody, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate with TMB substrate for colorimetric detection read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is <0.056 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the complete protocol runs in 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery testing (n=5) gave ranges of 80%–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81%–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80%–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions was demonstrated for serum (87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, 92–97%), EDTA plasma (90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, 79–108%), and heparin plasma (84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, 89–91%).
