Human Lipase H ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Human LIPH ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LIPH in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with sample concentrations calculated against a standard curve.

According to the manufacturer, the kit has a sensitivity of <0.68 ng/ml and an assay range of 1.56–100 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Reported average recovery values are 91% in serum (range 80%–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%–89%, n=5). Dilution linearity for serum at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 has been reported as 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% respectively (n=5), with corresponding data also provided for EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
