Human LIM Domain Binding Protein 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LDB1 (LIM Domain Binding Protein 1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses an antibody specific for LDB1 that is pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-LDB1 antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate. The colour reaction is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader, with the concentration of LDB1 calculated from the standard curve.

Performance characteristics quoted by the manufacturer include an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.061 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.
