Human Leukocyte Immunoglobulin Like Receptor Subfamily B, Member 4 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ILT-3 (Leukocyte Immunoglobulin Like Receptor Subfamily B, Member 4) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. It uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, in which ILT-3 in standards and samples is captured by an antibody pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, detected with a biotinylated anti-ILT-3 antibody, and visualised via an HRP-avidin conjugate with TMB substrate. The reaction produces a yellow product whose intensity is read by absorbance at 450 nm.

The reported sensitivity is <0.058 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. In spiked recovery testing, mean recoveries were 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 81–101%, n=5), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Kit components are stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as instructed, and the product is not to be used past its expiration date.
