Human Leukocyte Immunoglobulin Like Receptor Subfamily A, Member 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Leukocyte Immunoglobulin Like Receptor Subfamily A, Member 3 (LILRA3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for LILRA3 is pre-coated onto the plate, with bound target detected using a biotinylated anti-LILRA3 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate to produce a yellow product read at 450 nm.

The assay has a stated range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.117 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colourmetric on a pre-coated 96-well plate supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, read in a microplate reader. Sample recovery has been validated in serum (range 80%-102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 81%-101%, average 91%, n=5) and heparin plasma (range 80%-89%, average 84%, n=5), with linearity assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
