Human Leukocyte Cell Derived Chemotaxin 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LECT1 (Leukocyte Cell Derived Chemotaxin 1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate, with detection by a colourimetric microplate reader at 450 nm using TMB substrate. The quoted assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.051 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Kit components are to be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.

Supplied items include a pre-coated microplate (12 × 8-well strips), lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Spike-and-recovery performance has been demonstrated in serum (80–102%, n = 5, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–100%, n = 5, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80–89%, n = 5, average 84%).
