Human Leucyl/Cystinyl Aminopeptidase ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LNPEP (Leucyl/Cystinyl Aminopeptidase) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids [S1][S2]. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate, with a biotinylated anti-LNPEP detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader [S1][S2].

Reported sensitivity is less than 0.58 ng/ml with a quantitative range of 1.56–100 ng/ml [S1][S2]. The kit is reactive with human samples, with documented recovery of 80–102% in serum, 81–100% in EDTA plasma and 80–89% in heparin plasma [S1]. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes [S1].
