Human Leucine Rich Repeat Kinase 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Leucine Rich Repeat Kinase 2 (LRRK2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with colorimetric detection, where HRP catalysis of TMB substrate is read at 450 nm and the resulting absorbance is compared against a standard curve.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of <0.122 ng/ml and a product range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been validated in serum (80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%), with linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in each matrix. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
