Human Leucine Rich Repeat In FLII Interacting Protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LRRFIP1 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with detection based on a biotinylated anti-LRRFIP1 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a reported product range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.127 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Recovery has been characterised in serum (range 80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81%–101%, average 91%) and heparin plasma (range 80%–89%, average 84%).
