Human Leucine Rich Repeat Containing Protein 4B ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human LRRC4B ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Leucine Rich Repeat Containing Protein 4B (LRRC4B) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a 96-well pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, and uses a Biotinylated Anti-LRRC4B Antibody together with an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with colour development by TMB substrate read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of <0.133 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4h 30m. The kit supports a range of sample types beyond tissue homogenates and cell lysates, including serum, EDTA plasma, heparin plasma and cell culture supernatant. Manufacturer recovery ranges (n=5) are given as 83-100% for serum, 91-99% for EDTA plasma and 90-99% for heparin plasma. For tissue and cell lysate samples, total protein concentration per well should not exceed 0.3 mg. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
