Human Leucine Rich Alpha-2-Glycoprotein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Leucine Rich Alpha-2-Glycoprotein 1 (LRG1/LRG) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate together with a biotinylated anti-LRG1/LRG detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard curve spans 1.56–100 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of 0.58 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.
