Human Lemur Tyrosine Kinase 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Lemur Tyrosine Kinase 3 (LMTK3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate and uses a biotinylated anti-LMTK3 detection antibody followed by HRP-avidin and a TMB substrate, producing a colourmetric readout read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Quantitative performance is quoted as an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml, and a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample behaviour has been characterised in human serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, with recoveries reported for each matrix. Kit components are intended to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit is not to be used past its expiration date.
