Human LCE3D ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com ELISA kit is a 4 hour sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LCE3D in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. A pre-coated microtiter plate is used, with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate producing a colorimetric signal via TMB substrate, read at 450 nm.

The assay reports a product range of 0.625-40 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL. It is specific for LCE3D with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants, and uses colorimetric detection intended for use with a microplate reader.

Average recovery across sample types (n=10 each) is reported as 97% in serum (range 89%-103%), 95% in EDTA plasma (range 90%-98%), and 93% in heparin plasma (range 89%-97%). The kit is shipped at +4°C; components are to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as detailed in the Protocol Manual, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date or subjected to freeze/thaw cycles.
