Human Large Multifunctional Peptidase 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Proteasome 20S LMP2, also referred to as Large Multifunctional Peptidase 2, in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The format uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-Proteasome 20S LMP2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with a colourimetric TMB readout measured at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader. Quantitative performance is supported by a reported sensitivity of 0.051 ng/ml and a working standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample-type recovery data for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, together with dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 ratios, are documented in the product literature.
