Human Laminin Gamma 2 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-LAMC2 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised with TMB substrate as a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm.

The manufacturer reports a sensitivity of <0.26 ng/ml and a quantitative assay range of 0.781-50 ng/ml. Recovery data are provided for serum (80%-102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81%-100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80%-89%, average 84%, n=5). Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
