Human Laminin Beta 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human LAMB3 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and follows a standard sandwich enzyme immunoassay workflow: after sample addition and washing, a biotinylated anti-LAMB3 antibody binds captured LAMB3, HRP-avidin is added, and bound enzyme is visualised with TMB substrate. Following addition of acidic stop solution, absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and LAMB3 concentration is calculated from the standard curve.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay has a product range of 0.781-50 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.26 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Reported average recovery values (n=5) are 91% for serum (range 83%-99%), 89% for EDTA plasma (range 80%-99%), and 90% for heparin plasma (range 82%-99%).
