Human Laminin Beta 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of human Laminin beta 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-Laminin beta 1 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Sensitivity is 0.054 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, and kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.

Recovery validation across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (n=5 each) shows average values of 91%, 89%, and 90% respectively, with reported ranges of 83–99%, 80–99%, and 82–99%. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 for all three sample matrices.
