Human Laminin Alpha 5 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Laminin alpha 5/LAMA5 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a Biotinylated Anti-Laminin alpha 5/LAMA5 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with detection via TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance figures include a product range of 0.625–40 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.239 ng/ml. Average recovery values are 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5), with dilution linearity reported across 1:2 to 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples.
