Human Laminin Alpha 3 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LAMA3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-LAMA3 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported sensitivity is 6.1 pg/ml, with an assay range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m.
