Human LAMB3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LAMB3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for LAMB3 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. LAMB3 is also known by synonyms including Epiligrin subunit bata, Kalinin B1 chain, Kalinin subunit beta, Laminin B1k chain, Laminin subunit beta-3, Laminin-5 subunit beta, LAMNB1, and Nicein subunit beta.

The kit uses a pre-coated microplate platform with colorimetric detection at 450 nm. A biotinylated detection antibody binds captured LAMB3 to form an antibody-antigen-antibody sandwich complex, followed by HRP-Streptavidin conjugate addition and TMB substrate visualisation, producing a blue-coloured product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. The assay range is 15.625-1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL. The complete assay time is 4 hours.

Spike and recovery performance has been validated: in serum (n=10) recovery ranges from 92% to 103% (average 98%), in EDTA plasma (n=10) from 86% to 99% (average 91%), and in Heparin plasma (n=10) from 91% to 105% (average 100%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 was also evaluated: serum (n=10) at 87-103%, 82-94%, and 85-93% respectively; EDTA plasma (n=10) at 85-104%, 82-97%, and 92-100%; Heparin plasma (n=10) at 86-97%, 83-100%, and 88-96%. Kit components are shipped at +4°C and stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
