Human Lactate Dehydrogenase B ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human Lactate Dehydrogenase B/LDH-B ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LDH-B in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a Biotinylated Anti-LDH-B detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The colour reaction is read at 450 nm on a colourimetric microplate reader, with the concentration of LDH-B in each sample calculated by reference to a standard curve.

Manufacturer-stated performance figures include a sensitivity of 1.45 ng/ml and an assay range of 3.12–200 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Sample spike-and-recovery validation (n=5) gave average recoveries of 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Linearity of dilution was evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
