Human LACTß ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format ELISA intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LACTβ, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Assays and Kits range. The kit is suitable for tissue homogenates and other biological fluids and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. The quantitative range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a stated sensitivity of <0.093 ng/ml, and the full protocol can be carried out in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes using a pre-coated microplate platform.

The procedure uses a biotinylated anti-LACTβ detection antibody in combination with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a yellow chromogen whose absorbance is proportional to LACTβ concentration. Reported average recovery values are 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma, and 84% in heparin plasma, with dilution linearity data provided for each matrix. Supplied components include lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers, stored between +4°C and -20°C as indicated.
