Human Lacritin ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LACRT in saliva, tears or other biological fluids, with recovery data also reported in serum and plasma matrices. The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a colourmetric detection step read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery values are given as serum 80–102% (average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma 81–100% (average 90%, n=5), and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%, n=5). Linearity data are provided across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each).
