Human Kynureninase ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human L-Kynurenine Hydrolase (Kynureninase) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 × 8 well strips, with detection performed on a colourmetric microplate reader. The stated product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.057 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Recovery was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Average recovery in undiluted samples (n=5) was 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Dilution linearity was also assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample types. Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers. Components are stored at either +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
