Human Kruppel Like Factor 4, Gut ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-KLF4 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate; the enzymatic reaction is developed with TMB substrate and quantified by absorbance at 450 nm.

The reported assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.060 ng/ml, and the protocol runs in 4h 30m. Reported recovery values are 80% - 102% in serum (average 91%), 81% - 100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%), and 80% - 89% in heparin plasma (average 84%).
