Human Kruppel Like Factor 2, Lung ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Kruppel Like Factor 2, Lung (KLF2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, using a biotinylated anti-KLF2 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction is stopped with an acidic solution and the absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, with KLF2 concentration calculated from a standard curve.

Quoted sensitivity is <0.116 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Average recovery values reported across five samples are 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
