Human Kisspeptin Receptor ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Kisspeptin Receptor (GPR54) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with a GPR54-specific capture antibody, a biotinylated anti-GPR54 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read as optical density at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay reports a measuring range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.126 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Validated recovery averaged 91% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma and 95% in heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
