Human Kinesin Family, Member 18A ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this Human KIF18A ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Kinesin Family, Member 18A (KIF18A) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format and a biotinylated detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has a stated sensitivity of 0.109 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported spike-and-recovery performance (n=5) gives average values of 93% in serum (range 84–102%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 91–101%), and 95% in heparin plasma (range 92–98%). Linearity-of-dilution data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions.
